Monaco Parkway Denver, CO 80224 Participating Schools: Abraham Lincoln, Denver East, George Washington, John F. Kennedy, Far Northeast, Denver North, Denver South, Thomas Jefferson, Denver West Times: Weigh-ins 7:00 AM Coaches Meeting 8:00 AM First Round 9:00 AM Lunch Break/Post Season Coaches Meeting 1:00 - 2:00 PM Continuous wrestling with 45 minute rest breaks. VAR & JV Tournament held on two mats (JV Matches Imbedded) *Bring your JV wrestlers for round robin matches. Brackets: We will use a double elimination eight man bracket. One pigtail match if necessary. Seeding: Seeding Criteria: 1) 2016-17 varsity record, must have a winning % (15 match minimum) 2) 1st - head to head / 2nd - most # of wins 3) Tie breaker = 2016 State Qualifier/Regional Placer 4) We will seed no more than 4 wrestlers per weight class. Rosters: Please enter your wrestlers onto trackwrestling by 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 2nd. Login information will be emailed the week of 1/30. The first place individual winner will be “All League” and will be awarded the all league medal. The second place finisher will be “Second Team ALL League” The 1st - 4th place wrestlers in each weight class will be awarded ribbons. Coaches will nominate and vote for the “Will Howard Outstanding Senior Wrestler Award” and the “Gil Chavez Memorial Award for Outstanding Sportsmanship” at the league tournament.
